Kendra makes the best sandwiches ever, with a great smile and personality to go with it.The customer service is so fast and efficient, I'll always come here.

I rate it a 2 star because of the recent astronomical price increase on groceries. And as for freshness, fruits and vegetables are not that fresh or ripe or even real anymore like they used to be (GMO). I used to shop at Publix, but now I use it for mere convenience - like a food Mart. The staff is always great and Publix is blessed to have such good employees- if they could only get a pay raise- at least, if that was the case, I may feel better shopping there!

Will not be returning to this location. Service was awful. The employees seemed more concerned with cleaning and standing around talking rather than helping out paying customers. I waited over 10 minutes for a sub, I didn’t even get acknowledged I had to ask for someone to help which makes me feel uncomfortable I shouldn’t have to ask there should be someone there. And when I asked I was disrespected by some man who told me YES SOMEONE IS STILL MAKING SUBS and he proceeded to just walk away to the back of the store. I live right next to this location and I will still be traveling further to go to a different one.

It's a nice publix. Seems a bit smaller then some others. Quick to open another check out lane when a small line forms.

Great little cars for kids to ride in and hand sanitizer wipes are brill

The customer service is one to die for. From the person at the deli to the one one the floor then finally the cashier Dear bosses you should move your West palm workers to moami. So that miami people can get a taste of good customer service

I've never had an issue with the pharmacy until this past month. I have a child at home and one on the way a husband who works as a police officer full time and I as well run my own antiques business. So needless to say I'm scrunched for time most weeks. I'm on mental health medications that can not be missed. They've always filled my perscription in a timely manner a day or two early. (Which I believe is appropriate considering most people cannot just up and leave there jobs and children to go pick up prescriptions on a specific day) so I was informed this month I wouldn't be able to pick up my prescriptions until the 25th. However I picked up my perscriptions on the 25th of last month. They are all 30 days supplies. 30 days would compute to the 23rd of this month NOT the 25th. No worries though Publix has been increasing the prices of my medication over the last couple months as well so I will be transferring them all out to either Walgreens or CVS pharmacy.

Prices are outrageous. Selection no so great.

My son was in this store 8 pm this evening, another patron was blocking him from going down an isle to get to product he was in the store for. The other patron continued to verbally harass my son “you just think you’re entitled.....”Same patron followed my son in line mumbling other things......followed my son out of the store after my son returned his redbox CD “Hey Red Box” the same patron says...then pulling up his shirt pretending to show a “case” hooked to his belt. My son is from out of town...he warned us not to go to this store after dark.....surprise to him we already knew not to!

I love coming here the people are very nice and most of the check out lane always open. It's fast and friendly service. They always running buy one get one free. Not too crowded and you can also grab a at meal or buy a lottery ticket, while there bread 🍞 is not my favorite most people say they make good sandwich. I just wish they decrease on the breading on the chicken tenders lol 😀

I come here at least once a week, the staff is incredibly helpful, the place has all the basics you need, and the goods selection is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Good service. All the departments in the store are with fresh stock. Facility team is active in the store. Pharmacy department has a free medical related machine where we can check our weight, blood pressure etc, it's one of the good feature in the store. Bakery has good required size cakes. Good dry fruits stuff and many varieties in the food market.

Such a pleasant store. Not crowded and staff is friendly and attentive. Produce was fresh and organized, shelves were also. Couldn't resist buying a pot of roses because they were gorgeous and healthy looking.

Friendly and relaxing after a long day for me to shop for certain quick picks. Produce is awesome!

Ckean, hard to find employees to help with questions. When you did see an employee not one asked if they could help in anyway. Lady at checkout was very friendly!

Aside from key items being empty on shelves like most stores at the moment the trip went well and got what i needed on my list. Tidy and organized on the shelves, no debris on shelves.

Great store to shop. They have all kinds of stuff I don't find in most stores around . Clean and everything are fresh and good quality.

I met the new deli assistant manager.. Didnt know she was until the end of my service.. she made my sub for me. she was amazing. Not just because the meal was good, but her service with me was amazing and I wanted to take the time to share my experience here at this location.. Honor her and to give her cudos for her excellence. Her name is Ms. Logan. She so is sweet and have a amaxing smile. And I hope her managers will congratulate her and honor for her excellence as a employee at publix. The service with her was so fast and amazing and i was DAMN HAPPY!! My shopping was a pleasure. Thank you!!!

Pretty nice supermarket but a lot of items are overpriced & I keep having to check product expiration dates. I bought 5 items since the year began that were expired. Today I almost bought paprika that expired 2 weeks ago!

This is my favorite Publix! Ester is an Amazing demonstrator. She cooks the Apron's recipes to perfection! I always get fabulous ideas from her. YUMMY!

Thanks to Miss Alysha at the cake section for her service in going above and beyond to assist me with completely fixing a bday cake that I bought that fell from me. I thought my day was not going to turn out any better but she made my day..she was courteous and kind and didn't seem distraught by my request..This Publix is super nice with helpful employees..
